In this class taught by instructor Adrienna Peterson, you will learn how to make your own kefir. Watch a live demonstration on the preparation of 3 types of kefir; dairy milk, nut milk and water. You will also learn about it's health benefits and how it differs from other types of ferments. You'll walk away with the knowledge and confidence to make your own kefir at home.
