About the Event
Join instructor Yuko Sasaki for this very special class! First is an introduction to Koji, what it is used for and how it is important in the creation of Miso. Then there is a hands-on Miso making experience. Each person will take a pint jar of Miso-to-be home after the class. There will also be Miso samplings and familiarization with other Koji related products, such as Furu and Mirin.
There are only 10 spots available for the hands on workshop! Once those sell out, we will open up a round of "Observation Deck" tickets... where you can stand back and observe but cannot participate nor take any of the goods home.

Observation Deck
This gets you a spot on the "observation deck", at the back of the room and out of the way... able to listen and learn, but not participate in the hands-on workshop or take home the goods that come with that. Our hands-on workshop tickets are limited for this class, so we created these to help out the folks who still want to learn about Miso & Koji! These are available once the workshop tickets are SOLD OUT.
